    There are 548 plank runs per class at Exhale’s Core Fusion Cardio (you drop into a push-up, then run), along with virtual speed-bag punches, speedskater lunges, and Warrior Two poses with one- to three-pound weights in your hands. It’s an hour-long constant cardio burn, but unlike classes where you’re gazing longingly at the clock, this moves so fast that when the instructor gets you on the floor for the last bit (five minutes of intense abdominals and lower-back stretching), you’ll be surprised at how the time flew by. A single class is $35; $158 for a five-pack.
