The new tattoo parlor of 28-year- old graphic designer Marina Heintze recalls a butcher shop, with fake mutton chops hanging in the windows. Heintze, who recently did an open-face-bagel tattoo with dill, capers, and onions, refuses to produce the same design twice (from $100). She and her all-female staff are constantly updating Instagram (@meatttinc) with weekend specials: first-come-first-serve mini-tattoos like hot dogs, waffle cones, and olives on toothpicks.
