Back before the tunic revival had registered on even the most sensitive fashion meters, Claudine owner Kyung Lee had discovered eye-catching, updated versions and hung them in the window of her West Village shop (one of three; she also operates Albertine and the newest, Leontine, near the South Street Seaport). Lee has an eye for talent�she’s been carrying Kathy Kemp for four years, Gary Graham for two, and lately has gotten behind Rachel Comey’s hausfrau-gone-chic pinafores, Rodebjer’s sundresses in printed silks, and Geren Ford’s deconstructed shirtdresses.
