Bed-Stuy native Kai Avent-deLeon’s first boutique�which also offers Irving Farm coffee and Wi-Fi�has become a magnet for neighborhood creative types who no longer have to make the trek to a Soho coffee bar�shop to hack away at their freelance work. As for the retail component, expect futuristic women’s clothes by Brooklyn designers (Sophie Andes Gascon’s gold blazers for $450, L’Enchanteur’s long-beak caps for $275), with sling chairs and copper side tables by local maker Ben Erickson for sale throughout.
