Page Six reports fashion icon Daphne Guinness was seen making out with André Balazs at Wednesday night’s Topshop dinner. They were also seen together on Saint Patrick’s Day at the Oak Room following the premiere of Valentino: The Last Emperor. So maybe she’s moved on from her purported affair with married writer Bernard-Henri Lévy, who she’s been spotted with from time to time over the past year.
