The city’s Department of Health is soliciting designs for a new, “limited-edition” wrapper for its free prophylactics, 40 million of which are distributed each year. Keep in mind, though, that designs using explicit themes or images, as well as copyrighted images such as the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building, will not be considered.
