Citigroup Reports $7.6 Billion Loss in Fourth Quarter

Apparently this is “the result of a $10.1 billion accounting charge tied to the repayment of its bailout money.” HAH. Yeah, now you know how we feel when we get those monthly finance charges, jerks. [NYT, Bloomberg]
