The only logical explanation we can find for this video, taken during Obama’s rousing speech about the debt plan this afternoon, is that Joe Biden had some crucial notes about how to reduce America’s debt written on the back of his eyelids. All that closed-eyed deep breathing and slight nodding forward is obviously the behavior of a man contemplating political strategy. It’s certainly not the action of someone dreaming of riding the rails in Delaware back when the tea party only referred to a colonist uprising in Boston.
