After attempts to increase ratings and revamp the show by pushing out co-host Kathleen Parker, CNN is giving Eliot Spitzer the boot. The former governor’s 8 p.m. show is being replaced by Anderson Cooper 360 in a shakeup that includes the launch of an unnamed show with Erin Burnett in the 7 p.m. hour. John King USA will move to 6 p.m., and 360 will re-broadcast at 10 in its current slot. [Mediaite]
