The consumer advocate and Harvard professor formed an exploratory committee and launched a website today in the run-up to announcing a challenge to Republican senator Scott Brown. In a preview of a possible general election strategy, the National Republican Senatorial Committee claimed that Warren isn’t “Massachusetts” enough for voters.
It’s frankly shocking that since she started teaching at Harvard nearly two decades ago, Warren has never left the hallways to see the rest of the state. What’s her platform going to be about, water fountains and cork boards? She should know that those aren’t the issues real voters care about.
