Colombia! Apparently, there’s something in the water there that makes Americans act a little wild. See, for example, the above action shot, which features Hillary Clinton (who was also in town for the now well-known Summit of the Americas) at Cartagena’s La Havana bar at around 12:45 a.m. Sunday morning. According to reports, she only spent about a half hour inside, but she made the most of it (within reason) by dancing to a live cover band and having “a few swigs” of a local beer called Aguila.
