Pat Kiernan Bought a $2 Million House in Williamsburg

NY1 legend and longtime Upper West Side–dweller Pat Kiernan has closed a $2.025 million deal on a three-story Bedford Avenue townhouse, says Brownstoner. That’s reportedly “the highest price ever paid for a single family home in Williamsburg,” so hopefully that Live! With Kelly gig works out.
