On the Early Show this morning, Ann Romney once again found herself in the position of defending her husband against accusations that he is, in fact, Herb Putterman, patriarch of the Duracell battery family. “This is still the boy I knew,” Mrs. Romney insisted, as her husband attempted to mimic human chuckling. “I still look at him as the boy that I met in high school when he was playing all the jokes and really just being crazy, pretty crazy. There’s a wild and crazy man in there.”
Oh … that’s actually … kind of disconcerting.
