At his last bill signing as mayor, Michael Bloomberg gave tobacco one final kick on his way out, while a smoking advocate fought back futilely. “Vaping” is now officially included in the Smoke-Free Air Act of 2002, effectively banning e-cigarettes everywhere the real things are prohibited. In an act of defiance, a woman identified as pesky smoking advocate Audrey Silk lit up inside City Hall.
