Okay, not quite. (Although it’s worth mentioning that he’s even more enormous than we thought, having publicly rounded his height down seven-eighths of an inch.) Still, Bill de Blasio does want the Upper East Side to know that he’s thinking specifically of them during this trying time — more snow, with even more coming — as the mayor’s office today released the above image of De Blasio focusing, pointedly, on the neediest, most vocal Manhattan neighborhood ahead of the young administration’s third winter storm. Either that, or he’s finally launching his attack.
