A 53-year-old named Kyle was stabbed while waiting for the train early this morning after an argument with a group of men at the 18th Street station, DNAinfo reports. The victim managed to stumble up the stairs and onto Seventh Avenue, where a tourist from Houston found him bleeding on the sidewalk. Dave Kucera, who got a cab driver to call 911, said Kyle was stabbed twice in the stomach and “in fairly bad condition.” He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he’s expected to survive and pass on a valuable lesson he’s learned: Never get into arguments on the subway platform.
