F train passenger Ryan Quinn noticed this disgusting sight when he boarded the Manhattan-bound train at Fort Hamilton Parkway. And he didn’t just notice it with his eyes. He noticed it when he almost touched it.
“I moved my hand on the pole to slide down a little and did a double take, because I realized, ‘That’s a fucking condom.’ Just hanging there, tied like a balloon. It was eye-level, it was disgusting,” he told Gothamist.
