Joe Biden is the vice-president of the United States of America, but he is the president of Awkwardly Whispering in Women’s Ears. This morning, Stephanie Carter, the wife of new Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter, became the newest victim of Biden’s war on ears when he whispered sweet nothings with his hands planted firmly on her shoulders. This, it seems, is a favorite tactic of ol’ Uncle Joe. Here are eight other times Biden was caught creepily murmuring in ladies’ ears.
