Somehow, Joe Biden still hasn’t decided whether to run for president. How long can this go on? Maybe forever. Just before a Thursday meeting with South Korea’s President Park Geun-hye, Biden made a point of hanging around the journalists assembled outside of his house, apparently for the express purpose of screwing with them. According to the New York Times, Biden answered various versions of “Are you running?” with “I’ll answer in Korean”; “I can’t hear you”; “I’m here to greet President Park. I’ll talk to you all about that later”; and “I’ll tell you what — good to see you all!” At least someone is enjoying himself.
