What you're looking at is the Luis Sojo autographed baseball on display in the museum at Yankee Stadium — part of a huge display of baseballs signed by everyone from Babe Ruth to Sidney Ponson. More specific, what you're looking at is an inscription that reads "Toronto '93 World Champs." Not "Yankees '96 World Champs," or "Yankees '98 World Champs," or "Yankees '99 World Champs," or "I got the freaking World Series–winning hit in 2000." Was acquiring a more appropriate autograph really that difficult, especially considering Sojo — who incidentally didn't appear in a single game for the Blue Jays in the 1993 postseason — was employed within the Yankees organization as recently as last season? Very strange.
