Actress Sarah Paulson and producer Ryan Murphy are joining forces once again. Paulson, who has appeared in several of Murphy's previous projects -- most notably "American Horror Story" -- is joining the cast of his upcoming FX drama "Feud." He shared the news on Twitter.
"Feud" is an anthology series that will zero in on a different infamous feud each season. The first season will focus on the real-life rivalry between actresses Joan Crawford and Bette Davis during the filming of 1962's "What Every Happened to Baby Jane?." While the starlets may not have seen eye-to-eye during the production, the film went on to be nominated for several Academy Awards. Jessica Lange and Susan Sarandon have been cast as Crawford and Davis, respectively.
Paulson will play actress Geraldine Page, and other cast members include Dominic Burgess, Judy Davis, Alfred Molina, Stanley Tucci and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The eight-episode first season of "Feud" is set to premiere in 2017.
