Bush:  in Washington, DC, signs the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003 at 11:10 am at Constitution Hall and attends a children's Christmas reception at the White House at 2:00 pm.  (McClellan gaggles at 9:15 am and briefs at 12:30 pm).
Clark: in New Hampshire, makes campaign stops in Merrimack at 1:00 pm for "Conversations with Clark" then heads to Boston to do Hardball at 7:00 pm.  (Embed Marisa Buchanan covers).

In Congress: the Senate is not session, while the House meets at 9:30 am to consider and to likely pass the $820 billion omnibus spending bill.  But according to the New York Times, the Senate might not be able to pass the legislation, which would delay the bill's approval until next year.

Tuesday
All nine candidates participate in the ABC/WMUR debate at the University of New Hampshire in Durham at 7:00 pm.  BUSH in Washington, DC meets with the Premier of China.  Clark, in New Hampshire, attends a reception at 8:15 am then stops in New Castle at 1:00 pm.  Dean fundraises in New York at 8:00 am and 12:00 noon.  Edwards visits a senior adult center in Norman, Oklahoma at 12:00 noon and does a post-debate party at 9:00 pm.  Kerry has a pre-debate event at 5:00 pm.  Lieberman in New Hampshire, meets with activists in Portsmouth at 1:15 pm.

Wednesday
Bush does not have any public events.  Clark does a "Conversations with Clark" in Somersworth at 11:00 am and attends a gala in New York at 6:00 pm. Dean does a holiday gala/concert with Carly Simon in Boston at 6:00 pm.   Edwards campaigns in Manchester, New Hampshire at 11:30 am and has a fundraiser in Bloomfield, Staten Island at 5:30 pm .  Kerry campaigns in New Hampshire.  Kucinich campaigns in New Hampshire.  Lieberman, in New Hampshire, campaigns in Dover at 9:15 am and Concord at 11:00 am.  Moseley Braun does a candidates forum in Durham, New Hampshire at 9:00 am.
