Several families in east Bakersfield gathered around the dinner table with Sheriff's deputies Saturday for an early Thanksgiving celebration.
The Kid's Club of east Bakersfield held a Thanksgiving feast complete with all the trimmings.
Kid's Club shares the Sheriff's substation on Flower Street.
Deputies said they're thankful this year for the success of the Kid's Club of east Bakersfield.The Kid's Club was designed to promote positive role models and activities for at-risk youth.
