On the eve of Barack Obama’s 30-minute television special, John McCain is struggling to get his own message clear. He dissed reports of infighting within his campaign as “pure baloney.” He released an ad about Obama’s unreadiness to lead, while conceding that, one day, maybe he would be. Behind the fancy speeches, grand promises, and TV specials lies the truth. With crises at home and abroad, Barack Obama lacks the experience America needs, and it shows. His response to the economic crisis is to spend and tax our economy deeper into recession. The fact is, Barack Obama is not ready yet.
(Emphasis ours.) Okay, we get that you are trying to concede that people like Obama and work from there. But still, it’s a 53-word ad in the face of a 30-minute segment.
