Only hours after Governor Paterson made his legally dubious appointment of former MTA chief Richard Ravitch to lieutenant governor last week, Donald Trump sent Paterson a letter expressing his opposition to the selection. As part of his argument, the Donald noted that his father was displeased with Ravitch’s firm when it was hired as a construction representative for Trump Village in the early sixties.
