Bernie Madoff’s two sons, his brother Peter, and his niece Shana will be sued for a combined $198 million this week, Irving Picard, the trustee in charge of liquidating Madoff’s estate, told 60 Minutes this weekend. “Whether or not they have a criminal problem we will pursue them as far as we can pursue them.
