Patrick Pogan, the rookie cop who body-slammed a bicyclist to the ground seemingly out of the blue during a bike rally a couple of years ago, has been found not guilty of assault charges. The jury did, however, convict him of lying in his report of the incident and to prosecutors (Pogan had claimed the cyclist was the one who knocked him down), and he faces anywhere between zero and four years in prison.
