Earlier this afternoon, North Carolina Republican Party Chairman Tom Fetzer became the first RNC member to call for Michael Steele to step down from his post atop the organization. Now another member has announced that she’s totally with Fetzer. His fellow North Carolinian Ada Fisher, who is one of the only black members of the RNC, said, “If we are to be successful in 2010 we must go in with an agenda focused on the candidates, not the RNC party chairman and the failed transparencies of his administration.” At this rate, he should have a majority of the RNC trying to oust him by the end of the month.
