First Republican congressman Joe Barton apologized to BP. Then he unapologized. Then he apologized to the GOP for his initial apology to BP. Then he unapologized, in a way, by tweeting an American Spectator article called “Joe Barton Was Right.” Then he deleted the tweet. Stop it. [Right Now/WP]
