Sandra Lee, the TV chef, cookbook author, and longtime girlfriend of Andrew Cuomo, bragged about her boyfriend’s intellect to a NY1 reporter yesterday. “He’s very thoughtful. I mean, who comes out with a 240-page book to do a job,” she said, referring to the lengthy policy book Cuomo’s campaign released on May 23, The New NY Agenda: A Plan for Action. When asked if she’s read it, though, Lee revealed that she was only somewhat interested, because it was so absurdly long. “I have read parts of the book,” she said. “Are you kidding? It’s 240 pages.” And that doesn’t even include big food-photo spreads, although WNYC reported that the book “has large type, generous space, and very wide margins.”
