Now that she’s finally aware of the media sensation she has become, Anna Chapman has reportedly “considered selling (or at least telling)” her story, according to Newsweek’s Declassified blog. One hurdle: the plea-bargain provision that bars her from making money off her tale and stipulates that any proceeds she makes would have to be turned over to the U.S. government. There is a possibility she could find a way around the arrangement, though, her lawyer said, as “there are obvious issues about the enforceability of that provision.” Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
