Donald Trump has offered Rachel Uchitel, the nightlife hostess who reportedly enjoyed a long-term fling with golf great Tiger Woods, a spot on his popular NBC show The Celebrity Apprentice. Trump told TMZ the news yesterday, and when the website called Uchitel to confirm, she said she’d “absolutely” take the role. The Donald thinks she’d be “awesome,” though unfortunately, NBC gets the final call on this one. The only thing that’s weird about this story is that Trump says he’s been longtime friends with Tiger Woods. But isn’t “giving the woman who ended your marriage, helped ruin your reputation and cost your career millions of dollars a national mouthpiece and even more fame” not something that “friends” traditionally do?
