After St. Vincent’s hospital shuttered last April, North Shore–Long Island Jewish Hospital entered talks to lease St. Vincent’s former emergency room and use it as an urgent-care center. But the talks are over: The two parties could not come to an agreement, and the North Shore Hospital’s center is moving to a building on West 20th Street. [NYP]
