Well, we got all worked up over nothing, it looks like. (Guess summer isn’t really over, after all.) According to Yahoo News, Pastor Terry Jones announced this afternoon that he won’t hold a Koran-burning press conference on September 11, because “the leader of a planned Islamic Center near ground zero has agreed to move its controversial location.” That’s the first that we, or the newswires, have heard of such an agreement, however, so don’t cross “Koran burning” off your Saturday schedules just yet.
