The ethics committee has recommended that the full House censure twenty-term New York Representative Charlie Rangel and force him to pay any unpaid taxes for financial and fund-raising misconduct. The House will probably vote on the censure order after Thanksgiving. If it passes, Rangel will be publicly rebuked by the Speaker of the House — who will, luckily for him, still be Democrat Nancy Pelosi. [Yahoo]
