Seems like a stretch, for the wonky, newsy MSNBC program to find a home in the middle-country CBS family. But Mediaite reports that the CBS Early Show is set to hire Chris Licht, the executive producer at Joe, for its own top spot. And he could have his eye on Joe hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski when their contracts are up in a year. (TVNewser isn’t so sure that’s the case.)
