A lawyer for 82-year-old Jack Kevorkian says that the doctor who became famous (or infamous) for his assisted suicide practice is in the hospital with pneumonia and kidney problems. Kevorkian is not in “grave danger,” the lawyer says, but he is “not 100 percent.” So before you even make a crack about Kevorkian killing himself as he did his patients, he doesn’t have a terminal illness, it’s not the same thing at all, so just stop it.
