As he continues to flirt with another presidential run in the United States, Rudy Giuliani has just lost one in Peru. Last month, Giuliani started campaigning with and advising Peruvian presidential candidate Keiko Fujimori, the daughter of the country’s notorious former leader, Alberto Fujimori.
