In what is seen as the first concession by the rebels toward Libyan dictator Muammar Qaddafi, they are now allowing that he could remain in the country provided he step down from power and order his soldiers to relinquish their posts. Rebel leader, and former Qaddafi justice minister, Mustafa Abdel Jalil made the comments to Reuters earlier today.
