A manhunt is under way for the shooter who killed 43-year-old East Village–based man Joseph Shay and 2-year-old Gregory Erdmann in a home shooting at their family’s rural Pennsylvania house on Sunday. The boy’s mother, 37-year-old Kathryn Erdmann, was also wounded. It’s unclear what sparked the shooting, but Joseph Shay’s East Village neighbors recalled a loud argument he had with an unknown man last week. [NYP]
