Leiby Kletzky’s Dad Suing Suspected Killer for $100 Million

The father of the slain 8-year-old Brooklyn boy filed a civil suit seeking $100 million in punitive damages from accused murderer Levi Aron for acts that were “were utterly reckless, malicious, wanton, willful and exhibited a depraved indifference to the health, safety, freedom and rights … of Leiby Kletzky.” An additional $100 million lawsuit was filed against Aron’s father, who owns the building where the killing allegedly occurred, for having “permitt[ed] tools of terror to be and remain at said premises, knowing of the vicious, assaultive and murderous propensities of his son, Levi Aron, who resided at said premises.” [NYP]
