Mr. Plumber, who became famous almost exactly three years ago for debating taxes with President Obama, has reportedly filed to challenge Democratic congresswoman Marcy Kaptur in Ohio’s ninth congressional district in 2012. Kaptur has held the seat since 1983, so it’s going to be a tough race for Mr. Plumber, although the fact that he’s running means he has God’s endorsement, so that should help. [Capital NY]
