That’s according to data from cheating-enabler site AshleyMadison.com, which says our nation’s capital has the highest per capita rate of registered users. Perhaps more politicians than we thought are sex scandals waiting to happen, or perhaps D.C., city of bureaucrats and stressed staffers, has the highest per capita of cheaters who have no time to meet people in real life and who like working within a system.
