Mitt Romney’s Unimpressive Michigan Win Gets Even Less Impressive

Because of how Michigan apportions its delegates — two to the winner of each congressional district and two more to the winner of the statewide vote — Mitt Romney won the exact same number of the state’s delegates as Rick Santorum yesterday (fifteen), despite beating him in the popular vote by a little over 3 percent.
