A 12-year-old Bronx boy says his teacher duct-taped him to a chair for getting up repeatedly during a math quiz and stood by “just grinning, not helping me” while classmates pushed him around. The teacher was reassigned, but the kid has been too scared to go to school, and his mom is probably running out of superglue.
