In his bombshell editorial, former Goldman Sachs V.P. and author-to-be Greg Smith said he witnessed his bosses derisively calling clients “muppets” (British for idiots), prompting the scanning of staff e-mails for mean words, Henson-related or otherwise. Charles Gasparino of Fox Business reports today that the company “found no evidence of malicious muppet talk,” so rest easy Goldman clients: They must really love you — electronically, at least.
