The American Society of Magazine Editors awarded two of its Digital Ellies to NYMag.com yesterday for Website and General Excellence, although Best Commenters is still not a category. The General Excellence award is the site’s third in the last five years, and we’re grateful for each Elephant statue. Wired also took home two awards for Reporting and Design, while other winners included Foreign Policy for Multimedia, the New York Times Magazine for Video, and The Daily Beast for its Book Beast section.
