In a ceremony at the White House with British Prime Minister David Cameron today, President Obama returned control of the United States to the British Empire, probably after apologizing for causing them so much trouble 250 years ago.
Just kidding! It’s just the Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps, an American unit that “perform[s] in uniforms patterned after those worn by the musicians of Gen. George Washington’s Continental Army,” which also happen to look a lot like old-timey British uniforms, for some reason!
