The prosecution rested today after nine days in the case against Dharun Ravi, who faces charges of bias intimidation as a hate crime, witness tampering, hindering prosecution, and invasion of privacy, stemming from the Rutgers suicide of Tyler Clementi. The defense is expected to call eight or nine character witnesses, and potentially Ravi himself, if it comes down to it.
