A man allegedly shot and killed his 13-year-old sister and critically wounded his mother this morning at the Polo Grounds Houses in Harlem before exchanging gunfire with police. According to DNA Info, officers detained the fleeing suspect after hitting him in the legs and torso, and he’s currently at the hospital in serious condition. One witness described the scene as “the Wild West.”
